Graduation GP mental health care
GP Nobel last Friday, January 13th earned her diploma Training Framework GP mental health care. This means she has studied psychiatric problems in general practice.
Did you forget your influenza vaccination?
Have you received an invitation to get the flu shot, but you have not been yet, call the assistant for an appointment to get the flu shot yet.
It is not mandatory to get this flu shot, but it is advised.

Influenza vaccination 2016
Influenza vaccination for patients of GP Practice Baecke & Nobel
takes place on the general practice Beukenlaan 4, Delft
Monday, October 10th from 17:00-19:00
and
Wednesday, October 12th from 16:00-18:00
People aged 60 and older and people of any age with a chronic disease such as lung, kidney, cardiovascular disease or diabetes are at greater risk of getting complications during flu by influenza virus. To increase the resistance to the flu can get a vaccination (flu jab). Vaccination helps against the real flu (influenza) and not against the common cold.
Invitations were sent late September 2016. Do you think yourself to be eligible for influenza vaccination but have not received an invitation, please consult the assistant.
If you are not using the flu vaccine, please return the invitation no later than October 7, 2016 to the assistant . You can pass this through the email address: info@huisartsenpraktijkbaecke-nobel.nl

Practice closed on 30/9 and 10/11 due to continuing medical education
On Friday, September 30th and Thursday, November 10, our general practice will be closed in connection with continuing medical education.

As of July 1, 2016 no more walk-in hours!
The walk-in hours will expire by July 1, 2016. You can then from 8:00 in the morning, visit the consultation appointment with your GP.
The appointment consultation is held on every working day between
8: 00-10: 00 and 14: 00-16: 00
For this consultation you should always make an appointment.
Appointments can be made by phone or at the counter between
8: 00-11: 00 and 13: 00-16: 00
