Flu and Pneumococcal Vaccination Advance Notice

Starting this year, we will be inviting our patients by email. Please keep a close eye on your inbox and spam folder.

You will receive the final invitation around October 13th.

Patients who previously indicated they do not wish to receive email will still receive the letter by mail.

DATES:
October 27th, 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM for both flu and pneumococcal vaccinations

It is also possible to schedule an appointment earlier to have the flu and pneumococcal vaccination administered during the assistant’s office hours.

This can be easily done via www.mijngezondheid.net.
This is possible starting Monday, October 20th!

This fall, people aged 60 (born in 1965) and people aged 78 and older (born in 1947 or earlier) will receive an invitation for the pneumococcal vaccination.
